TJMI supports the evolution of production lines in the food industry
We recently designed, manufactured and installed a complete calibration line for one of our customers in the poultry sector.
A project carried out in close collaboration with the on-site teams, in order to guarantee perfect consistency with the existing process and production constraints: tailor-made integration!
Advantage of this new installation:
• High speed transfer: handling 6,000 chickens/hour, with precise and reliable dynamic weighing.
• Optimized supply at the penetrant outlet: controlled acceleration to create the necessary spacing before passing onto the weighing conveyor.
• Efficient ejection: orientation of products towards stainless steel chutes designed to avoid water retention, facilitating cleaning and hygiene.
• Reinforced working ergonomics: modular workstations, possible reversal of direction and height adjustment to adapt to operators.
• Improved organization: addition of storage shelves for bins being filled as well as when fitting lids.
• Transfer of full bins: gravity conveyors protected against falling dust, opposite the carton conveyor.
• Supply of consumables: overhead conveyor dedicated to boxes and lids.
• Ergonomics of supplies: inclined conveyor for feeding the boxes, limiting physical effort and making it easier to handle.
