For one of our clients, the goal was to enable product transfer between two conveyors to feed either line based on production requirements, while ensuring smooth, uninterrupted flow.

A design optimized for flow efficiency

To address this challenge, our teams developed an innovative solution featuring a stacked conveyor setup: a curved conveyor positioned above a straight one.

This configuration allows products to move from one conveyor to the other without disrupting the flow or risking jams, all while integrating seamlessly into the existing environment.
