The job
As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Site Supervisor (M/F) to work on industrial sites, primarily within the agri-food sector.
Reporting to the site team, you will participate in the mounting, assembly, installation, and compliance-related work for industrial equipment at our clients' facilities.
Depending on your level of autonomy, you may also be required to organize specific operations and supervise a small team of technicians on-site.
Your main responsibilities
- Preparing and carrying out on-site operations;
- Reading and interpreting plans, isometric diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation;
- Taking on-site measurements;
- Assembling, erecting, and installing industrial structures (walkways, platforms, conveyors, process equipment);
- Performing boilermaking and industrial piping work;
- Carrying out TIG and MIG/MAG welding operations;
- Using cutting, grinding, and assembly tools;
- Checking the quality of welded joints and installed components;
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations;
- Coordinating effectively with supervisors, clients, and other parties on the site;
- Depending on the project, supervising a team of 2 to 6 technicians.
The ideal candidate profile
You have experience working on industrial sites, ideally in boiler making, industrial piping, or equipment assembly.
You are proficient in or familiar with:
- TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes
- Reading technical drawings
- Materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Boilermaking and industrial piping techniques
- On-site assembly of welded structures
- Quality control rules applicable to completed installations
La connaissance des environnements agroalimentaires serait un plus.
Security and clearances
Vous êtes attentif au respect des consignes de sécurité sur chantier et vous appliquez rigoureusement les règles HSE.
Vous êtes sensibilisé aux risques liés :
- Working at heights
- Confined spaces
- Hot work
- Lockout/tagout operations
- Use of personal protective equipment
The following qualifications are desirable:
- Aerial work platform certification (CACES)
- Forklift certification (CACES)
- Welder qualification
Alternatively, the necessary training may be covered by the company.

Position details

- Contract: Permanent (CDI)
- Working hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Saturday work: At least one
- Saturday per month depending on site activity (paid or taken as time off in lieu)
- Location: Quessoy FRANCE
- Travel: Regional – overnight stays possible
- Remuneration: Between €29,000 and €34,000 per year
- Bonuses: Repair/call-out bonuses, overnight stay allowances, meal allowances, profit-sharing, gift vouchers
